Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 Regulation 10, states that any person who may come in to contact with asbestos through the course of their work, must receive asbestos awareness training as a legal requirement.

In House Certification is provided on completion of the course, subject to Successful Continuous Assessment during the course, there being no final exam.
