The course introduces participants to the general principles of stress management.
The half day course syllabus includes:
To provide Managers with an understanding of their health and safety role with regard to managing stress in the workplace.
Understand the roles and responsibilities of a Manager.
Recognise the importance of identifying staff suffering from stress
Take account of your legal duties in relation H&S at strategic level.
Know the consequences of failing to manage stress.
Understand the principles of risk assessment and its application to stress management
In House Certification is provided on completion of the course, subject to Successful Continuous Assessment during the course, there being no final exam.
